Important Notice regarding bookings in 2021

We hope that 2021 will be a better year for our colleagues and guests who were unable to stay with us during 2020, a year that no one will ever forget, and we hope you have all remained safe from this horrific virus and that you are well.

As for ourselves, we have been unable to take in any guest since 2019 as the island has been closed to tourists, and lockdown measure imposed on the hospitality industry here have been strict but successful in making the island one of the safest places in the world during this pandemic. This has been difficult for us not seeing our guests and friends that we have known for so long, not to mention the financial implications.

However, we have not been idle and used the time constructively by completing upgrades, renovations and improvements to bring a needed regeneration to St Heliers, which we hope you will be able to see for yourselves soon.

The current situation here is that the island is in a circuit break lockdown for 21 days and going forward we are unlikely to received notice of when the borders will re-open and we can receive guests for some time; once we have, we will post a further notice letting you know when we are open.

Going into 2021, to avoid disappointment, double bookings and the risk of our guests transferring Ferry bookings without checking availability with us and assuming bookings have automatically been rolled over,we have decided that we will NOT be automatically transferring bookings from 2020 to 2021 and will require our guests to make a fresh booking, either when the borders are confirmed open or tournaments and events are confirmed by the IOM Government. For guests that have a rolling deposit; if you stay with us in 2021 then that deposit will be deducted from the cost of your stay. If you wish to transfer that with a new booking in 2022 then please let us know. If you require a refund of adeposit, then please email us to request this.

We are sorry to have to do this, but we would rather give notice to our patrons of this decision rather that disappoint them closer to the date that they wish to visit us. We are sure that we can accommodate our regular guests for their required dates, once the island is open again, but we want to make sure that we do not let anyone down after such a disastrous year.

We will start to take unsecured bookings from the 1st of March 2021 for July 2021 onwards and confirm these once we are informed that we can. You can request a booking by either:
